Evening with Sammy Lee

To all who joined us at Croesyceiliog AFC’s Gentlemen’s Evening
On behalf of everyone at Croesyceiliog AFC, and as your Vice Chairman, I want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to every single one of you for attending our Gentlemen’s Evening on Friday.
Your support means a great deal — without it, running this football club would be far more difficult. You are the heartbeat of what we do, and your presence keeps us moving forward, on and off the pitch.
The evening was a great success. We were treated to something really special by our guest, Sammy Lee who was honest, thoughtful, humble, and full of wonderful stories from his career. He answered every question with such warmth and openness, and it was a privilege to hear him speak.
And what a brilliant job Phil Howe did as our comedian for the night — he directed the evening perfectly, kept us all entertained, and set just the right tone throughout. We very much hope to see you all again before too long — whether at our Golf Day next summer or at our next social evening.
Once again, thank you so much for your support, your company, and your generosity. It makes all the difference.
With best wishes,
Andrew Howells
Vice Chairman
